First - excellent product quality. We've ordered espresso powders from other vendors and always had stability and clumping problems. The 3x espresso from nature's Flavors is great! It blends great and tastes fabulous!! I also need to give a shout out to their customer service; they really seem to care about the customers. They provide timely support and always get back to you right away.

I just had a conversation with John in customer service. I was inquiring about an order I had recently placed. John was very kind and professional. He made sure that my order would be expedited as it was an urgent order. I had ordered some fruit punch powder to mix with my horse's medicine, so he will take it. We had a lovely chat and he was very empathetic and made sure I would get my product promptly. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company and I will be returning to their website for more products. Thank you, John.

Absolutely loved their chocolate oils, easy to use, a little goes a long way. John was amazing went out of his way to help us out expediting our order. It was great calling and getting someone on the phone to help out with product information and usage. Great customer service.

I love using this place to order my organic flavored sugars. I own a cotton candy business that only uses organic sugars and Nature Flavors has the most unique sugar flavors anywhere. Everything that I've ever ordered taste exactly like the description, my customers love it! My last order consisted of Candy Cane and Marshmallow. The employees are always so pleasant when I call with questions. Ask for John he's the best!!!!

My package got lost by UPS. It was supposed to be transferred to USPS, who told me that they never received it. I spoke to customer service at both UPS & USPS, who prompted me to reach out to Nature’s Flavors to get my package issue taken care of. When I emailed customer service at NF, they basically told me “good luck”. My issue has not been resolved and they are unwilling to send me a replacement product or open up a case for me with UPS to find my missing package. Very discouraging.. it’s been two weeks and my package still is no where to be found after I spent $50 on their product. I needed the products promptly for my business— this has really put me in a bind.
